An Austin, TX, home featured in the Elizabeth Holmes documentary “You Can See Everything” has hit the market for $2.25 million.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property spans 2,483 square feet and occupies a 7,100-square-foot lot, according to the listing, which is held by Amy Deane of Moreland Properties.

The property first hit the selling block on Oct. 8, putting its arrival on the market just ahead of the documentary’s Oct. 16 theatrical release.

The film, directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, examines the former Theranos founder’s life and family as she prepares to begin her federal prison sentence.

Although its screen appearance gives the address an unusual connection to one of Silicon Valley’s most widely scrutinized figures, the listing focuses on the home’s interiors, flexible bedroom arrangement, and location near some of Austin’s best-known outdoor destinations.

Built in 1949, the residence has been updated and remodeled. Its two-story layout includes multiple living spaces and primary suites, giving the floor plan distinct areas for gathering and sleeping across both levels.

Inside, white oak flooring and recessed lighting run through the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen centers on a Taj Mahal quartzite island with waterfall edges, complemented by high-end appliances and extensive storage.

The adjoining living room features a wood-burning fireplace with tile extending from floor to ceiling.

The open arrangement connects the cooking and lounging spaces, while a separate living area upstairs offers another place to entertain.

Three bedrooms are situated on the main floor, including a secondary suite with its own bathroom and access to the backyard.

The other two downstairs bedrooms provide additional sleeping accommodations without requiring a trip upstairs.

A hardwood staircase leads to the second living area, where a wet bar accompanies views across the downtown skyline. The primary suite is also upstairs and includes a high ceiling, a generously sized marble bathroom, and a custom closet.

Outside, the property offers a courtyard patio, an oversized garage, and driveway parking. The listing also highlights its Zilker location and proximity to South Lamar, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park.

Additional property information identifies a detached and gated two-car garage, a metal roof, and stone-and-stucco construction. The house has central heating and air conditioning, a gas range, and a laundry closet on the main floor.

The grounds are described as level, with masonry and privacy fencing. Together, those practical details round out a listing whose most attention-grabbing feature now extends beyond its architecture.

The home also has a rental history predating its current sale campaign. According to property records, it was previously available for rent at $9,000 a month in April 2024. That asking rent dropped to $8,750 the following month, and the rental listing was removed in July.

The Austin address adds another property to the real estate backdrop of the Holmes documentary. The film also takes viewers inside the San Diego rental where Holmes lived with her partner, Billy Evans, and their two children before her incarceration.

That California home provides a more personal setting for a story previously dominated by corporate promises, investor losses, and courtroom proceedings.

The home comes complete with a toy-filled, space-themed children’s room, a kitchen with pebbles arranged along a windowsill, and wood-paneled sleeping quarters used by Fielder.

The filmmakers began documenting Holmes during the 34 days before she reported to prison in 2023. Their project ultimately stretched across three years, following a story that expanded beyond those initial weeks.

Holmes’ legal troubles stemmed from her leadership of Theranos. A federal jury convicted her in January 2022 of one count of conspiracy to defraud investors and three counts of investor wire fraud.

In November of that year, she received a sentence of 135 months—11 years and three months—in federal prison, according to the Justice Department.

She began serving her sentence in Bryan, TX, on May 30, 2023. Evans and their children subsequently relocated to Texas to facilitate visits.

The couple’s move to San Diego had brought them closer to Evans’ family, whose hospitality business includes the Bahia Resort Hotel, Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa, and the Lodge at Torrey Pines.

For buyers, the Josephine Street property now combines a documented screen connection with a luxury home offering: four bedrooms, two living areas, outdoor entertaining space, and skyline views. Its current asking price places the next chapter of the address at $2.25 million.
