Born overseas and traveled the world yet I call Jacksonville, FL home. Lived here since June 1998, I'm very familiar with different parts of the city. Graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. With a passion to make friends, I have never met a stranger. I enjoy building relationships and going the extra mile to make a difference. I always put my self in others shoes while helping them make decisions. Naturally I have been in sales over 15 years and can't imagine a better fit for me! My objective is a 100% satisfied customer and my goal as a Realtor is to help you with your most valuable investment! About me: I'm married with 2 young boys who attend school in St John County and previously in Duval School System. My interests: Traveling, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing by the beach! Benefits of listing with me: I listen and care about YOU, I can help stage your home and drastically reduces its time on the market, and I have a lot of contacts with agents, buyers, and vendors that will help smooth with the process. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home. Please call me for a free consultation! Thanks, Rana Dexter
